Recycled Water is Coming to Las Flores

Las Flores Recycled Water Expansion Map_p4_sf

Santa Margarita Water District is piping recycled water to Las Flores for watering common areas and parks! The drought-proof supply will help save more than 65 million gallons of drinking water for essential indoor use.

Phase one of construction runs from June 8 through July 31, 2022, on Antonio Parkway from Sweetwater to Meandering Trail. Crews will work Monday through Saturday from 7 AM to 10 PM to complete the work while school is out.

There will be traffic delays and lane closures during construction. To learn more about the project, please join SMWD for an informational meeting on June 8 at 7 PM in person at SMWD headquarters or online by visiting smwd.com/LasFlores.

We appreciate your patience as our team works safely and efficiently.

We're available to answer your questions, please us at (949) 459-6420 or by emailing CustomerCare@smwd.com
