Santa Margarita Water District will not disconnect water or wastewater services during this uncertain time. As of April 1, 2021, late fees will be reinstated. 

Please contact our Customer Care team to make payment arrangements. We’re available Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM.

Make a Payment Arrangement

You may be able to make a payment arrangement. To participate in this program please click here to complete the application.

The District is currently allowing customers to defer their bills for one month or three months and pay that amount over 11 months for the one-month deferral or 24 months for the three-month deferral.
