Santa Margarita Water District works with local reporters and media organizations to provide timely and accurate information regarding District news and industry happenings. From local supply reliability projects to water use efficiency and community education programs, the District is a valuable source of news and information.

Public Records Request

It is the policy of the Santa Margarita Water District to ensure that access to information concerning the conduct of the District’s business remains a fundamental and necessary right of every person in the District. It is the policy of the District that governmental records will be disclosed to the public upon request, unless the law provides an exemption from disclosure.
