Public Records Request
It is the policy of the Santa Margarita Water District to ensure that access to information concerning the conduct of the District’s business remains a fundamental and necessary right of every person in the District. It is the policy of the District that governmental records will be disclosed to the public upon request, unless the law provides an exemption from disclosure.

Santa Margarita Water District’s primary goal is to deliver safe drinking water, managing innovative recycled water projects, and reliably collecting wastewater for more than 160,000 residents in our service area.
