SMWD Workshops & Spring Events
Santa Margarita Water District is proud to present monthly virtual classes, quarterly hands-on workshops, and family-friendly events to connect customers with the latest topics in water efficiency.

Applying a minimum 2" thick layer of wood mulch to your soil will:
- Improve Soil Fertility
- Assist with Erosion Control
- Suppress Weeds
- Retain Soil Moisture
- Cool and Feed the Roots Zone of Plants
* Each household is limited to 1 CY or 8 bags. 1 bag of material will cover 40 square feet @ 1" deep.
* Loading of material is self service, unless assistance is needed.
