Judge Panel Unanimously Affirms all 6 Rulings of the Lower Court

Santa Margarita Water District is pleased with the Appellate Court opinion. The ruling removes legal uncertainties as we proceed with planning and facility design. SMWD is one step closer to expanding our water portfolio to include this innovative Water Project. We will continue to work with our partners to determine the next steps.

LOS ANGELES, CA – Today Cadiz Inc. [NASDAQ:CDZI] (“Cadiz”, the “Company”) is pleased to report that this morning the California Court of Appeals has issued a ruling affirming Orange County Superior Court’s six judgements validating the approvals for the Cadiz Valley Water Conservation, Recovery & Storage Project.
