New Website & Customer Portal to Better Serve You

Santa Margarita Water District has launched a new website and customer portal to better serve its customers. The new customer portal provides a more secure gateway to your account, including bill payment, easy autopay setup, water usage and service call history. The new is easier to navigate, more aesthetically appealing, has more features, and allows District staff to be more efficient in website maintenance. Both the website and portal have increased capabilities to accommodate evolving technologies and efficiencies overtime.  

Returning customer portal users will be prompted to update the account password at first login to ensure the security of the account.
